Inclusive Learning Environments
The Central Regional Partnership Center (CRPC) works collaboratively to improve equity, access, and outcomes for students with disabilities from early childhood through school age.
Empowering educators, families, and community organizations through professional development and coordinated support, the CRPC is part of the NYS Office of Special Education Educational Partnership network. Together, we build capacity to foster inclusive, high-quality learning environments for all students.

Our Partnership
The CRPC provides evidence-based training, technical assistance, and resources for schools, families, and community organizations working with students with disabilities.
Through regional collaboration and ongoing professional development, we aim to improve outcomes, close equity gaps, and support the implementation of best practices across early childhood and school-age programs.
Our specialists offer training on a wide range of topics, from inclusive instructional strategies to family engagement practices, all grounded in the goals of the New York State Education Department Office of Special Education.
